Azahar Mexican Kitchen is looking for hardworking and dependable dishwashers who help maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the kitchen. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Load, operate, and unload dishwashing machines properly - Wash and sanitize kitchenware, dishes, and utensils - Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish areas - Monitor dish machine performance and sanitation standards - Remove trash and maintain cleaning supplies - Support kitchen staff during busy periods **Requirements** - Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required - Strong work ethic and reliability - Ability to maintain cleanliness standards **Physical Requirements** - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds - Comfortable working in wet, humid, and loud environments
