Hosts create the first and last impression of the restaurant experience. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Warmly greet guests as they arrive - Manage waitlists and seating arrangements - Escort guests to their tables - Assist with chips and salsa service - Inspect tables for cleanliness and presentation - Provide menus and introduce guests to servers - Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand - Thank guests and invite them to return **Requirements** - Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required - Friendly and professional attitude - Strong communication and organizational skills - Professional appearance and hygiene habits **Physical Requirements** - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds
