Azahar Mexican Kitchen is looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven servers to join our opening team. We're creating a modern Mexican dining experience centered around great food, craft cocktails, and exceptional guest service. **Duties & Responsibilities** - Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude - Make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout their visit - Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and restaurant services - Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system - Deliver food and drinks promptly and efficiently - Process guest payments and handle transactions accurately - Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to requests or concerns - Complete opening, running, and closing side work - Assist fellow servers and team members as needed - Work scheduled Food Runner shifts as needed **Requirements** - Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required - Strong communication and guest service skills - Comfortable using POS systems - Team-oriented attitude - Food Handler Certification required - TABC Certification required **Physical Requirements** - Ability to stand and walk for extended periods - Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 40 pounds - Comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant environments
